What I want to do is get everyone together to make NGU a friendly, welcoming community again, what we need to do is stop harassing other members, especially the regular users, they come to the shoutbox for help and to meet new friends here and you guys drive them away, let's start treating people like we want to be treated, welcome them and help them with their needs.

I know I'm not liked by many users here, but I honestly deserve that, but what needs to change is how you show someone you don't like them, instead of driving them away use this tool in the shoutbox call /ignore, I promise you it works, try it sometime.

Also, half of you don't know how to cope with changes, if you don't like a feature here, then don't use it or simply leave, NGU staff add those features for members, not just yourself, this isn't your website don't demand changes because you don't like them, and like I've said before, people mad because staff don't post in Elite, it's not their job, and it's not your job, it a choice, don't want to post there? Then don't. If you have a problem with that talk to the big men that handle Elite.

tl;dr, people need to quit being dicks, and cope with changes and quit bitching about them.

We are NGU, with out us being active, and supporting the site, NGU would be just like any other forum, dead.

What do you mean I don't get it? NGU staff have added features that other sites wish they could have, you think staff should have to post in Elite? That's a choice, not a job, they have a job moderating the forum, if you think should have too start posting in Elite, PM Dave, or quote him on here.

Oh alright, now we are on the same page. Administrators are working to make Elite better, just give it time, it's still a new feature to the forums.
