Also, for the sake of this hypothetical scenario; this drug would have NO side effects, long term damage, decrease in quality of life, or any thing else like that. It would literally be like having 8 hours of sleep in one pill.

I'd take it every day. You figure you sleep 8 hours a night, and you live 90 years. That's 30 years spent sleeping. I mean, if the pill makes you feel like you slept already, why not? If I need time to pass, I'd find something cool as fuck to do in my spare time.

That's true but keep in mind, that'd be nonstop days of never sleeping. Constantly being awake. Also if you have a girlfriend or wife, what if they're not taking this drug? You could be there for hours doing nothing. Let's say you wanted to get a second job. What if almost everyone started using this and each person had 2 jobs. Less jobs for others. Competitiveness would be crazy.

I wouldn't take the pill at all, I like to lay my head on a fluffy pillow. I like the time to past by faster as well, year oughtta go by faster.
