If you do about 100 to 150 push ups everyday like me also, you will get some pretty big triceps and pecks. And legs, I usually go bike riding on the highest gear or jump for 30 min with ankle weights or go on the side of the steps and do foot lifts with the ankle weights on. By doing these exercises, I can dunk on 10 ft bball hoop. Smile

Meh. I just need pectoral muscles. I do karate for 7 hours a week, and have a good diet, so i have a pretty sweet six pack but no chest :(

Compound exercise are better means a exercise that you do that includes more than one muscle group

For example

Dumbell bench press it works your bicep and chest. One another thing if you want bigger arms than do more tricep exercise such as dips as the tricep is a bigger muscle group than bicep Winky Winky

Edit: I see tons of mistakes, remember to workout 3-4 days a week, a day with rest in the middle and have enough protein so your body can recover. You also are missing other muscle groups such as chest, shoulders, legs and back.

But you can always make it harder,, such as diamond push ups. You can also add weight on top of your body.
