Not in the timeline, but as I scroll through the video with the arrow keys it does flicker green occasionally.

EDIT: Could it be because I use total media to record?? Should I use arcsoft??

I use arcsoft for my HDPVR2.
Also when I get green bits I found a way to get rid of them by using a program called Handbrake (which I use for compression) that got rid of green bits.
