(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Any one know of any really good Pre-Work Out Supplements. I am currently using Muscle Spike, witch is good but not like I want it. I am wanting to know of some stuff that would turn my skin red by just drinking it. If you use any work out Supz that you like or recommend, comment below and I will check it out. Thanks Guys <3

If you are interested in Muscle Spike I have been using it and have added 60 Pounds to Bench.

Bench Currently Is: 275
Squat Currently Is: 435
Hang-Clean Currently Is: 250

It works very well and would recommend it to starters. Just want to know the more "Potent" Stuff. Thanks For Ready Guys!

Black coffee usually does the job for me. People use Jack3d or other pre-workouts and that's cool and all but I just dont feel like I need it. GNC's Creatine Plus is also pretty good.
