If you are interested in Muscle Spike I have been using it and have added 60 Pounds to Bench.

Bench Currently Is: 275
Squat Currently Is: 435
Hang-Clean Currently Is: 250

It works very well and would recommend it to starters. Just want to know the more "Potent" Stuff. Thanks For Ready Guys!

White Flood by Controlled Labs is pretty good and cheap

Also Craze, but i think its illegal in the US now.

I've been using N.O xplode. Cheap, and works great. I take a scoop and a half, and if it ever doesnt work well enough I just add another 1/2 scoop. That, coupled with post workout creatine and whey protein, works great for me.

Had good results with hemavol and white flood. Not a fan with anything of DMAA in it. Makes me feel like I'm on crack

How dose that N.O Xplode Taste? Muscle Spike Is Not The Best Tasteing in the world. My teacher (more of a friend) recommended N.O Xplode To Me. Just didnt Know How it tasted.
