Not necessarily mansions but higher class living situations. The rest of us are stuck in the ****ed up neighborhoods, where does your local congressman live? Definitely not the ghetto.

But when another congressman moves in, the older one most likely cant afford the home he lives in, because taxpayers fronted money for him to live in a decent home in our neighbourhood/city

Communism is great in theory but in practice it wouldnt work because not everyone would want to work for the same wages even if there doing way more than someone else and paid thee same. Also every place that claims to be communist is actually socialist so technically no place has ever been in "true communism". But to answer the question I choose capitalism, unless smething better comes along.
