Capitalism seems to work, but theoretically I would go with socialism.

The problem is with Communism nobody has the will to make qualtiy stuff/labor because they are all paid the same. The problem with Capitalism is that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Socialism could work if the government didnt set price ceilings/price floors, and just regulated things like healthcare and inelastic items.

None of the above. A new concept should be introduced, because none of them work as well as they should.

Problems with...

Communism - Everyone is paid equally. That means that even if you work twice as hard as your neighbor, you still get paid the same amount. Which means people will stop working hard, because they figure there's no point if you're going to get the same amount regardless. Which means that the income gradually declines, and the nation falls into poverty. Which means the only way to re-motivate people is with threats. That's why there's never been a successful communist nation.

Capitalism - The richest 1% prosper (with more money than the lower 95% combined) while they deal out low salaries for the average person. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer. People take advantage of other people.

Socialism - You work hard for your money, and then the government comes in and takes money away for something for other people. You earned your money, shouldn't you get to keep it? Especially if you can already afford the things that your money is being put towards.

In a way, yes. But they need money to fund roads, schools, etc.

Well, yes. We live in a "capitalist" society, but we have elements of socialism as well. We need taxes, but there needs to be limits on what the government can take from what we earned.

Health Care, other forms of insurance, etc. For example, it doesn't make any sense to have to pay for everyone's car insurance if you yourself don't own a car.
