Then abs you know.
And Squat your own body weight.
Btw I was in the army for 5 days a week ago just to see what it was and we did tons of push ups and ran a lot...
So it's almost before I say our conditioning is more important than muscle mass.
So if I was you I would Do: Some sets of Squat, Pulls ups. Then Chin Ups, then push ups, then dips, and then abs. And remember to give your muscle 48 hours of rest before hitting them again...
That is what I would do if I had no gym...
Also if you loose motivation fast make your own Workout program... remember hitting the big muscles first.
It will make it more funny.
Btw I am also like you I am training myself up to next year where I join the military. So we have some things in common too.
