Haxor!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just a random thought but ,could you actually die in a dream because When your dreaming of like falling from a height you always wake up before you hit the bottom? Also when you have a dream like this you instantly wake up either sweating or your heart rate is really fast, could this affect you in reality?

I Dont Think So But I Saw This Below:

Yes! but as you see lots of people actually have had a "Dream" that they die, but most are watching in almost a 3rd person type scene or aware that they are "Dying" or have "Died". Your brain controls all the functions of your body, so if you actually fully die in your dream and your brain is not aware that you are actually alive in person, your brain will stop function and .... your dead .... it will stop sending all the signals to your organs.

You have to remember, that while dreaming your body cannot differentiate the difference between reality and the dream world (even if you are aware that you are dreaming! I know it sounds confusing). That's why if you have a really vivid dream you feel it as if it were real ( in emotion or in action ) it's only when you wake up when your brain regains the focus and re-adjusts itself becoming conscious that you were dreaming after all.

You can't die in a dream because you never live. When you fall in a dream your brain will think it's really falling and wake you up, same if you stop breeding or realise you're dreaming and get excited. Also when dreaming the logic part of your brain shuts down, so even if your head was chopped off you wouldnt even realise.

You fall in your dream because you muscles relax and the brain jerks them, much like when we are cold the brain make out muscles vibrate to conduct heath in the cold.

Nope, I've died in numerous dreams I've had and I just start another dream once I've died. The way in which I did varies but usual I get shot in the head and I'm just laying on the floor which then goes into a new dream.

Those are some weird ass dreams you got there.

You have a couple hundred dreams per night, you probably "die" in 10% of them especially after watching any action movies and end up reenacting a movie in your dreams. You can't die from dreaming, don't believe that bullshit. Your logical brain shuts down at night so you can't actually die, if you do suffer a trauma/ get a freight in a dream your body will wake up, that's where the cliche "i felt like i was falling off my bed" thing comes from.

It's also why in inception they wake up the second their body hits water/falls, their mind realises somethings wrong and alerts the whole body causing it to wake up immediately

In that particular dream I was fighting along side James Bond running away from something but sticking close to him. Got to a waist high wall and crouched down next to him looked over the wall and a bullet went through my head, I fell to the floor and everything got dark and I can't remember the dream I had after that.
