(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just a random thought but ,could you actually die in a dream because When your dreaming of like falling from a height you always wake up before you hit the bottom? Also when you have a dream like this you instantly wake up either sweating or your heart rate is really fast, could this affect you in reality?

Nope, I've died in numerous dreams I've had and I just start another dream once I've died. The way in which I did varies but usual I get shot in the head and I'm just laying on the floor which then goes into a new dream.

Many people have dreams of dying due to the fact it's just the way the brain reliving the output of reality. Sometimes you may have a dream similar of what you do that day or something you may do in the future but dying in a dream is unlikely to happen in .000000001 chances. It's quite similar to the movie inception

Some dreams yes like for example waking up breathing hard or sweating but nothing major that would cause damage to the body. If it happens in constant string every night you should get it checked out.

just a random thought but what if you suffer from like photo epilepsy and you have a dream of falling from a building and before you hit the bottom you wake up ( just before you wake up you get like a white flash which makes you jump as you wake up ) but if you suffer from photo epilepsy would this white flash effect you?

It'll probably irritates the person but unless it's a constant flash then no real harm would come to the person.
