(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright guys I'm just here to say, if you are down at all, you are not the only one. There are people that will be there for you when you need them no matter what is going on in your life, this is what this thread is about. I know some people here may be depressed, but scared to show it because you are afraid the trolls will eat you up, well I am here to stop this. I am here for anyone no matter your problem, I will be here if you need to talk, post in the thread or even pm me. I hope one day I will not be the only one, but this can become a team effort where you can talk to multiple people to help you with your problems. So anyone, anywhere if you need to talk, let it all out, any pm's are confidential and this is for the good of the people. I would also like to say you may also contact me via my skype which is unknownkillermc. I may later on share my story as well a little of the story I'm allowed to share of some of the people I've already helped.

As someone who suffers from depression I can say that letting it out helps quite a bit. Reassurance is a great thing. I understand that depression feels like a pit you can't get out of, a dark cave with no exit, etc... This being said, that is not the truth.

Also in the case of medical depression, I would also be willing to talk in private via PM or whatever

Stay away from face book as well, nothing sucks more than seeing your friends are having a good time while you are feeling horrid. Just thought I'd chime in on that.

I've been battling depression for about 2 years now and lately the past few months its been getting worse and worse out of know where. I can only sleep a few hours a night even tho i'm on Ambien. Recently, my doctor has doubled my dosage of zoloft and that doesnt seem to help either. As of now it looks like I might have to take amoxapine i think its called which is highly addictive, both physically and mentally.

I've even have went to the ER on suicide watch before. The only things that have kept me from ending it all are

1) Fear of whats on the other side
2)The people I would leave behind, and the thought of my mom or lil brothers or one of my sisters finding me.

Not entirely sure. My father passed away when I was younger, and not long later my mom had a scare with breast cancer. Then when I was in middleschool people would actually taunt me because of not having a father. There's a lot more I could rant on about but I dont know for sure.

Its mind boggling that at one point in the human revolution someone thought it a good idea to make humans the only creatures capable of becoming depressed by ones own thought. Just being creations capable of intelligent thought can lead some of us to our own destruction.

When I used to get depressed heaps I turned to smoking weed, It was fun and all, but I found exercise was the best thing to keep all the bullshit outta your mind. I also liked listening to music at night.
