(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright guys I'm just here to say, if you are down at all, you are not the only one. There are people that will be there for you when you need them no matter what is going on in your life, this is what this thread is about. I know some people here may be depressed, but scared to show it because you are afraid the trolls will eat you up, well I am here to stop this. I am here for anyone no matter your problem, I will be here if you need to talk, post in the thread or even pm me. I hope one day I will not be the only one, but this can become a team effort where you can talk to multiple people to help you with your problems. So anyone, anywhere if you need to talk, let it all out, any pm's are confidential and this is for the good of the people. I would also like to say you may also contact me via my skype which is unknownkillermc. I may later on share my story as well a little of the story I'm allowed to share of some of the people I've already helped.

And just something to add, talking to someone no matter who it is does help. Even if it is someone online.

Recently, my doctor has doubled my dosage of zoloft and that doesnt seem to help either. As of now it looks like I might have to take amoxapine i think its called which is highly addictive, both physically and mentally.

I've even have went to the ER on suicide watch before. The only things that have kept me from ending it all are

1) Fear of whats on the other side
2)The people I would leave behind, and the thought of my mom or lil brothers or one of my sisters finding me.

I would like to thank you so much for replying, being able to tell about yourself will get you to the end goal of beating this depression, your life will eventually pick up and you will feel true happiness, I promise it will come Smile.

I agree completely. If you need someone to talk to I have experience with depression and suffer clinically with it. I'm currently taking Lexapro.

I think I might use this thread as sort of a stress relief thing hahaha. After I shared my experiences it really did make me feel better. Like right now I took 10mg of ambien and i still only slept 5 hours..

What I'd do for sleep right now...

1) Try to stop yourself from eating a lot. You feel like shit and unfortunately, food can be comforting. I was depressed for a bit and put on 11lbs. in 7 weeks (lost it all, thank god).

2) Get out and do stuff (Go for a walk, go on the swings at the park depending on your age :megusta:. I found exercise as a good relief.)
