Post: Muscle growth question [i'm 16]

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey people, i have a hard time gaining any significant muscle, i hit gym every week or so & i have a lot of steam; i'm in the top 30 strongest in my year group despite my size. I saw this amazing product called Lean Muscle X, apparently it lets you put on 8kilos of lean muscle in just 3 weeks. From what i've read, people say that it's very effective and recommended. I'm a bit worried though, i'm only 16 and i don't want that product to stop my growth or shrink my balls D=
Please do not speak if you have nothing smart to say or if you intend to hate.

It's not a steroid. It won't shrink your balls or stop your growth. I would take it. So I'll recommend you to take it. It's just a supplement.

Alright! Should i take it and go gym every 2nd day? is a diet recommended along with it?

It's a 30 day trial. You don't know anything about it, you have to go to the gym 6 days a week. And you'll probably need to eat a lot of calories.

Look, all my friends who are in the 17-18 age area take these supplements to grow muscle mass, but it isn't safe. It will improve your muscle, but it isn't healthy for your age at all. Anything that isn't natural will effect you. Protein shakes and weight gainers are just a hoax. You need to be hitting the gym at least 5 times a week and that will show a pure natural fit body. When you're 21 and have matured physically you could test out protein shakes, which will help increase muscle.

I had the same problem, along with many others i know. You want to be eating more than you're burning off in order gain weight, from this weight you can gain muscle mass, this is known as bulking. Eat a lot but eat healthy. You need to be hitting the gym and lifting high weight a low number of times i.e 60KG on a chest press x 5 reps, and do this 3 times. Don't be using low weight and lifting it 40 or 50 times, this will have no benefit to you whatsoever, you need to overload progressively. Eating a lot of meat and egg whites will give you the amount of protein you require but on the days you hit the gym you should consider taking a protein shake in order to give you that bit of extra replenishment. Also take one before bedtime and get a considerable number of hours sleep (as you're muscle's repair while you rest and muscle growth is ultimately caused by microfiber tears in the muscles that repair and grow back stronger. Many supplements on the market are scams, although if you really want to take a supplement, take a pre-workout shake, and possibly creatine. The pre-workout will give you that extra bit of energy required in order to really push out those extra few reps you think you aren't capable of and the creatine will increase your overall energy levels, and improve the time for re synthesis of ATP in the muscle fibres (this is where your energy comes from).

This is what i study at college and its just the foundations really, i hope its just what you need and consider getting a training program developed for you by a professional, they will take your physical stature into consideration and design a program that will not cause you harm but will give you maximal benefits, enjoy yourself and enjoy working out Smile

I don't eat meat tbh... I'm already quite ripped as you can see. Would that help me anyhow?
