This is why I don't go to amusement parks, and more specifically this is why I don't ride on roller coaster or any ride that gets more than 3 to 5 feet off the ground.

Well, if a woman fell of a roller coaster then the whole Six Flags should be shut down for maintenance and they should re-test their roller coasters. This is why i don't feel comfortable while riding a roller coaster, i keep thinking of the worst that can happen. In this case, it happened. I'm surprised this came from Six Flags.

Amusement parks are pretty safe , it more unsafe to be walking the streets vs go on one of these rides. This is the second death in the parks whole history. From what I been reading some people are saying it due to staff numbers which have been cut back.

live a little brah

The likelihood of dieing from a roller coaster are slim... think about it, how many times have you read about something like what OP posted (rare tragedy)

Like some of the other guys said, although this is a very sad and unfortunate event, it is also a very rare one. With that being said I will continue riding roller coasters at my nearest amusement park Smile.

Thats why I will never go on a roller coaster, I always think what if this happens thats why I'm here today. This is messed up for someone to lose their life like this.

I sat on your nachos
It is very sad but I want to know why it happened. Over the weight limit or the staff did not how to operate the ride. I always loves coasters and always will.

Meh, I prefer getting shot at and watching out for IEDs compared to riding roller coasters. :fa:
