I attribute this to waking from a deep sleep and still being in a state of delusion, but it still scares the crap out of me every time.
So do you guys believe in ghosts or something you just simply can't explain?

Ghosts do not exist, however your house can be haunted by demons/evil spirits just like Budz said, there might not be enough evidence but there are stories and clips/pictures around and if you ever saw the movie The Conjuring it's based on a true story, at the end of the movie you can see who the real investigators were, these were real paranormal investigators not some people made up by hollywood, their most famous case was The Amityville Horror (The Conjuring was set before this case), you might never believe in any of that shit until you see for yourself or someone you know suffer from it with your own eyes.

I believe that they can possess a human. They live in another dimension so they can see what we can see. In my religion it's also known if you step on one inside a bathroom then he can possess you or tamper with you. If you're a weak human or someone has cast black magic on you then a demon is in your soul or body.
