I attribute this to waking from a deep sleep and still being in a state of delusion, but it still scares the crap out of me every time.
So do you guys believe in ghosts or something you just simply can't explain?

As in, literally stepping on one. You don't see it, but it could happen. It's also why you should NEVER scream in a bathroom at all. We also say that people shouldn't drink or eat in a bathroom because of this. Islam states that one of the most places demons are is in the bathroom, which is why we say something before stepping into the bathroom to protect us from them.

One of my old friend from ps3, told me a chilling story where he woke up around 4am an went straight to his bathroom to take a shower, while he was in the bathroom he started to stare at himself an his reflection smiled at him while he was. it was a scary smile too, I believe him because I could tell he was frightened

Well these things could happen, but it could've been because he was just drowsy from waking up. I've had incidents before where things would fall randomly, but i've gotten used to it. A lot of cases in Egypt though of women specifically having demons possessing them from screaming in bathrooms.

How do you know demons are real then?
proof?

Black magic would be enough proof to prove they're real. I don't rely on Ouija and all that fake stuff. Demons are like angels, you can't see them but you can believe that they are present.
