I cant even freaking talk and can barely eat. It feels like someone cut into my tongue, filled it with lighter fluid, and then lit it on fire. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? It's pissing me off, because I can barely say words without sounding like Porky Pig. Do you think its worth getting checked out, or should I just wait and see if it goes away?


UPDATE: Went to the doctor and found out it's most likely hand, foot, mouth disease. It's a virus that can cause large ulcers on the tongue, and cause tiny blister like bumps on the hands and feet.

Sounds like leprosy, make sure you get a bell and yell unclean when you walk around.

Okay so I actually bothered to look up your symptoms and the first hits for blisters in the Mouth and on hands are Foot and Mouth Disease. I remember that being a big deal in England but that was because it spread to livestock. In humans it says it clears up in a week. However if you do have any breathing trouble or anything that you yourself know not to be normal,you should seek medial attention immediately.

Most likely Eczema or Dermatitis.
My advice go see a doctor. As for the tongue that most likely caused by diet or could be the sign of something else.
Still go see a doctor if it painful.

Whiskey in the mouth will definitely help. Put yeah, go see a doctor!

Yeah, I've been doing that. Also dabbing baking soda on my tongue, which burns like a bitch, but it numbs the pain after a while. Thanks for the input :p
