beat his ass , thats the only thing to do , because if you think about it . You cant get it back . Your gonna tell the cops he stole your jailbroken ps3 ? isnt it illegal in the uk also ? 650$ is kind is alot of money to wait on , should of told him gived you half upfront then half later . jk about beating his ass , its up to you but just telling you theirs a low chance of getting it back , its clear that he played you if he keeps stalling and ignoring .

I sold both of them to him for $650. He told me that he would pay me in installments. At first I was skeptical but I trusted him since he was my one of my closest mates. At first he told me he had some issues getting money and that his mum was in the hospital. I gave him some chances but then he would always tell me "I'll give you next week" and all that bullshit. Now i don't see him no more and he even ignores my Facebook messages. I've sent him countless messages saying if he has my money but he would not reply. What should i do? :S

As long as he doesn't say its a jailbreak console he'd be fine.
I'd try to get contact with there parents, if nothing happens warn that you will get the cops involved, if still no response call the cops... make sure to have talked this all through with parents or some other trusted family member before taking serious action

Well that's a tough one seeing as the console is kind of illegal? Not in such as due to it being in your possession you can do what you want with it.
Here's some things you can do, well id do:
- Contact the parents, if they found out whats he's done maybe they'd get him to pay up or give the possessions back.
- Talk to your parents, they could speak to his parents or take it further to the police.
- As above, go to the police, say you and your friend made a deal; you give him your PS3 and phone for $650 in return but he has failed to complete the deal.
Don't listen to the beating up comments that will only make the situation worse than what it should already be and affect your chances of getting the possessions back.
Dont do anything stupid.
