(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay I had a friend well technically he was my best friend and I've sold him heaps of stuff such as gaming consoles, games, etc. Well last month I had sold him a Jailbroken PS3 and a phone. I sold both of them to him for $650. He told me that he would pay me in installments. At first I was skeptical but I trusted him since he was my one of my closest mates. At first he told me he had some issues getting money and that his mum was in the hospital. I gave him some chances but then he would always tell me "I'll give you next week" and all that bullshit. Now i don't see him no more and he even ignores my Facebook messages. I've sent him countless messages saying if he has my money but he would not reply. What should i do? :S

In Flames Much?
Not sure you can do much without proof of purchase along with an agreement to pay in monthly installments.
Unless you fancy going to his house asking why he not given you the rest of the money.

This is life, since it's over 650$, if you have proof; take him to civil court. You can get your money back + more for this. He will also be charged with a criminal action.

Just bring all the proof that shows he agreed. Verbal agreement is hard though.

This.

Beating him up is obviously not a good idea, nor is threatening him with calls or anything of that nature. Remain as calm as possible when trying to get into contact with him.

if hes one of your closest friends, wouldnt you know where he lives? like have you ever gone over to his house? if so, you can go there and have a chat with his parents that you gave him $650 worth of electronics and he didnt even pay you back. Maybe his parents would pay for him. orrrr at school you can talk to him or follow him home lol
