Usually whenever I know that I have to start waking up early for school I put like 12 really loud alarms within 1 minute of each other at 6:50AM (when I wake up) and force myself to get up. Then go and drink 4 cups of coffee and you should be on your way
But since you are going to sleep at 10AM, you should probably try to use some sleeping aid or perhaps if that doesn't work you can try knocking yourself out
