okay so i go back to school tomorrow :fa: and during the last days of summer i stood up very late until it was bright outside. now i usally sleep around 10 am and wake up at 3:00 pm/4:00 pm but I'm going to bed at 10:00PM tonight and i need to wake up at 7:00 am anyways Anybody have a solution so that i can fall asleep at 10:00? because if i just lie there my body doesn't tell me its tired so i never end up falling asleep

Only things that helps me during that time of the year is sleeping pills and no coffee for a week. It's the only think that'll make you sleep. You SHOULDN'T take sleeping pills until 18 years of age though. Good luck though.

What's the point of staying up all night? My brother does the same shit and I just don't get it. There's nothing special about being up and then you miss everything that goes on during the day, such as interacting with people like a normal person.
I'd suggest that you try going to sleep at about 1am and try to sleep until 6-7am. This is how I sometimes manage to wake up in time when my sleep is fucked.
