I got to the counter and told him one ticket for insidious 2 and he told me it was $10.50! After he told me that I still bought it because I was with my friends... but then I went to buy a drink thinking it would be like 3 dollars for a small at the most... A small was $5.00 A medium was 7 and a large with free refills was 10 Then I looked at the popcorn and they were the same prices as the drinks.

On there part there pretty damn smart for saying that you get a refill on the Large drink's/popcorn because almost no one can drink/eat that much.

But...but... i dont have a basement

Yea, I found out the whole 10.50 at the last second. Good thing I always bring about 40$ with me anywhere I go. I never buy popcorn or drinks because they are too damn expensive.

Online it stated 7.50 but that was, I guess, to pre-purchase a ticket. Next time I'm doing that.



The movie sucked anyways.

It's not that expensive at all :p. I mean you get what you pay for in the end, even if the Movie sucks, it's still Entertainment.

That's why I personally don't bother going to the movies unless the movie I wanted to see was a good one, like fast and the furious but now they are boring again.

the prices are about 1$ more here in middle east, Bahrain

10.50 is actually quite a bit of money when you consider that it is roughly 2 hours of taxed work on minimum wage.
