Out of those 3, swimming. Absolutely no doubt about that. Even better though? Jump rope.

For me, cycling. Running and swimming don't entertain me, so I can't do them for very long without getting bored.

Cycling will kill your knees after awhile, swimming is overall the best and coolest way as you don't sweat in a swimming pool :p

All good for their own reasons from my understanding cycling you can do more distance keeping at a stable speed vs running.
Should burn more for running the same amount.
Swimming I have no idea of it.
I can tell you that doing all 3 is a good idea due to the fact they focus on different groups.
Running high stress on the body, having the wrong technique can increase the risk of injury. Cycling is a lower risk thing to do, should also mean longer stamina training periods as a result.

Ask a gym trainer if you want a better answer.

And the only way you can really get hurt is but crap and drowning tears also the resistance helps, running and cycling don't have that.
