You should have a 3 digit number the first is your number you picked 1-10. The second 2 is your age.

Here we go again. You still fail to understand your own title. Now on a face to face confrontation, if you're asking me to the math in my head then how come the title says "let me guess your age?" According to your uneducated ass to guess means to calculate? Aren't you supposed to calculate for me? If there is no trick when you ask me to subtract the result from the day I was born, then how come the number 1763 goes up each year? You still fail to understand that not every calculation is considered a guess, and you still fail to understand that if you were to give me this method face to face, you would end up asking me to subtract a result from my birthdate in order to get it right, and if I had to do this problem by myself in my head then how are you guessing my first number and age unless I told you? You make no sense whatsoever, and in no ways I was saying that my method is amazing or mind blowing, like I said it's basic, it goes up each year just like your method in which the number 1763 goes up each year.

Yes you do subtract the birth year to yourself, you tell me the outcome number, and I break it down to guess the number and age. If you were to do this face to face, then came up with let's say 820 you wouldn't know that 8 was your number, and that 20 was your age unless I said something. You compare my method to yours again but one is "basic" the other is "advanced. How is this alike? Just because a number changes by the years doesn't make this similar.

In my college math course, for an extra credit game, I was showed this trick to "guess peoples age" as the professor stated. He explained how your so called advanced math was broken down to simple math. Simple math can involve critical thinking, but it no way is it impossible to come up with a method. You proved only one thing that words can have exceptions. Your English teachers should of thought you that a guess can include information. Use the TV shows LINGO and Wheel of Fortune, you get information(the letters) and make your guess when you know it.
