Well, some of you may know i like my baseball, pretty rare being a Brit and all. But I am a tigers fan and was pretty shocked seeing this today, yes i probably saw it coming, he is getting old, well already is. 69 Soon, hes a grumpy old fart a lot of the times, but i love him, gonna miss his ejections all the time, good old Leyland. Never fails to entertain me.

As for a manager point of view, what a man. Yes he made some stupid mistakes, ridiculous decisions but who doesn't as a manager? Theres not one. Will be missed, hes done a lot for the tigers and will always be respected within the team.

Got to say not sure where tigers will go from now on, but their team is strong, just hope they get a manager to fit straight in for the 2014 season. Well this is my tiny little review about the retiring if you want to read the full story of his retirement just go here You must login or register to view this content.
