(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); im sure many of you know this but whenever you're at work, school, or whatever and websites are blocked, just put
- https:// instead of - https://

I have tried many tricks. Another is using google translate and putting a url in there instead. You can use googles public proxy for it. (My schools has google translate blocked unfortunately)

My school has blocked most of the proxy sites that I have tried, around 25+. Like Mufasa said, hotspot shield is a good choice. I use VPN for my ipod and it works like a charm.

Non of these tricks work at my school, everything goes through a proxy which is monitored by fortiguard software (You must login or register to view this content.) which uses a blacklist. However I can get past that because I have an admin account.

I just bring my laptop and tether it to my phone, then I can do what I want. I sit in class with a wireless signal broadcasting from my phone and let other people hop on it if I like them enough.

(I have unlimited data so I can even torrent from my phone, only used up to 13GB so for this month)

If your able to hide the program on your computer, or put it on your flash drive, Ultrasurf is what I use. Its actually how I'm posting right now. I'm at school and they block things related to games.

Who wouldn't know this? Anyways, I wouldn't even bother trusting the school internet as they can get your emails/passwords and stalk the shit out of you.

Do you just... ask? Because I'm thinking about asking for admin so that I can "run my Java programs via CMD instead of Eclipse's console".

At my school, this browser called "Avant Browser" works. I don't know how, and I just saw it installed on one of the computers. It works on most Windows XP computers, but not most Windows 7 ones.
