The bank shut the house down for some reason... So legit no one lives in it.

When I used to live in the BFE, My friend and I found this house which was about 75-100 yards away from the road, surrounded by woods. Must have been abandoned for a long time because there was no driveway ( grass, weed and everything else had grown).

We had always gone roaming through the woods (when it wasn't hunting season) we followed a creek, got lost and found this house. There were a couple abandoned houses in this area ( which was weird / creepy) the back door was off the hinges, the house was trashed papers and stuff everywhere. We figured we would get some more people, clean it up and bring a generator, lights, cover windows so light didn't shine outside and throw parties. We figured we could easily drive trucks near the creek so if we had to leave (say the cops showed up) we could do so through the woods.

So as we were attempting to clean it, one of our friends almost fell through the second story floor... In the end we never did finish cleaning it or throw a party.. That place, both the house and the area were just too creepy... We should have used the house down the road... Had an in-ground pool!

That means the bank owns it, so you would still be trespassing.
