(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys I just wanted to know your views on death penalty and whether it is humane or inhumane and i know this will vary based on countries and morals so I am going to tell you my views :p I believe that the death penalty is humane because i believe that why should a person commit something and get to get three meals a day in prison and get to workout and do various things. I think that if you committed a bad enough crime you should be killed because our tax dollars are going to feed these murderers... so i think they should be sent to the chair because i believe lethal injection is too easy for them just to fall asleep and not wake up.

Millz... humans are meant to be ruled if we weren't ruled over then it would be back in the day with neandrithals and there would be no order no rules and mass chaos and murder so governments are actually set up as a good thing believe it or not... whether they are better off with or without that specific government is a different story... its kind of like religion it was made up to keep order and balance :p

I'm a minarchist or classic Liberal (I think that the government providing transportation is a stupid idea and that it should be privatized, so the only thing I agree with from the chart is Firefighting on down), not an anarchist.

Government exists for a reason, yes. But it's role should not exceed things like Military/Police/Firefighting/Courts/Legal System.

Quite the contrary, I do believe that the general population depends on the government to provide everything for them, which is the exact reason why I believe that the government should not provide it for them. If the government took over the car industry in 1908, we'd be driving Ford Model T's and saying that without the government we would not be able to drive at all.

I think it's as humane as it gets. Especially for murders. If you kill someone why should we save your life and support you until you die? And the ones that have life in prison, why should they live? Just to stay in prison and have everything given to them for the next 60 years. It's a joke that it ever got taken away to begin with. But I guess everyone has to fight for the rights of something nowadays.

dude i completely agree with you on that but for the simple debate instant death or 60 years spending 22 hours in a cell everyday? which would be worse?

60 years in prison would be worse, but either way they're dying there, so why not save everyone some cash? I myself would kill myself before I did more then 15 years in prison. I just couldn't do it.
