In Flames Much?
My problem with PC gaming is just how complex it can be, here an example.
Looking to buy a PC need to buy a micro atx, I built a part list first of all that was a mid atx most of the parts need to be changed now.
Turns out that almost half the stuff I picked did not work with each other.
The fact you can build a PC which can run solve a chess problem but not run a video game is one corner of the problem.

PC gaming needs to be easier when it comes to parts what works with each other along with what games it can run.
In many ways PC gaming is better but it depends on the game along with genre for shooters. It PC apart from certain ones say COD.
I do plan on jumping into PC gaming but for alot of people the reasons above is why they pick console.

To be fair I understand console plug in and it works no need to worry about driver updates or hardware. Also it all together I can chat with mates without the need for another program.
I do think that console needs to open up, user run servers along with having parts to upgrade or more services.
Console is also designed for TVs the FOV is on PC it not.

Some things PCs do better and some things console do better. For end experience console is better but PC has more depth if you're willing to look.

This has got to be the perfect reply from a console gamer like myself.

Personally I like both. I admit I play console more, but that is because I like playing with a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse.

I'm a god.
I play both, though I'm getting more into PC gaming since you can get better resolutions and performance.

And before someone says you can connect controllers and use them if you want, yes you can but you would get eaten alive by keyboard and mouse users while playing online fps games such as cod. probably most other games for that matter too.

I can tell you never tried a mouse and keyboard so how do you know you would hate it?

Not all PCs are built for Gaming, some are general browsers and others are workbenches or servers

Well for starters im using one now as i do everyday and i have played a couple of games with mouse and keyboard in the past, albeit on my laptop which isn't really suitable for gaming. So i think i have a pretty good idea of what it's like and in my opinion it sucks compared to a controller.

im talking about mouse and keyboard with programmable macro keys and buttons, its prob sucked because you used a shitty keyboard and a low dpi mouse with no macro buttons

Maybe so, either way i just don't like the idea of gaming with a keyboard and mouse. Using a controller feels more natural to me. Plus you can sit where you want with a controller whereas your limited to only sitting on your desk chair with keyboard+mouse.
