My arguement: I have a a couple friends who have a bonfire tomorrow night. They argue its a TEAM Bonfire but realistically they're both going for girls. I asked my friends to hang out tomorrow night. Theyre choosing the girls over their bro. Therefore breaking guy code as they are going hoes over bros. If you ever go bros over hoes youre breaking guy code. Guy code is staying loyal to your bros at all times especially if theres a girl in the way.

Their argument: They say they already had it planned before i asked. Its one night and you can hang out with your bros anytime.

My counterargument to that^: If youre a real bro you ditch the girls and hang out with your bros. And you can hang out with a girl anytime just like you can with your bros. Youre not hanging out 24/7 so if you have balls you can ask them out another day just like with your bros.

Please no smartasses saying how hot are they etc.

Guilty or not guilty of breaking guy code?

Well honestly, if they already had the plans made to hangout with the girls then that'd be pretty rude of of them to just kind of blow them over to go hangout with you. Don't take that the wrong way though.

I don't know if you have a girlfriend right now, or anyone you're talking to, but put yourself in their situation. What would you do? I know right now you might say "I'd totally go hangout with them instead of her", but think about it a little more. Would you really?

My bros are my bros. Dont put it in a hypothetical situation. think along the lines of GUY CODE. Not whether its rude. Think of it as being loyal to your boys/bros. Now, tell me is it or is not breaking guy code?

The "Guy Code" is fucking bullshit. I would definitely blow off a friend than miss a chance to get a girl. The friend is going absolutely no where. The girl might be taken the next time I have a chance to get her.

tl;dr Basically you don't get any girls so you're giving your friends shit about it.

If I had plans with someone, a girl, and my "bro" got asshurt because he wants to "hang out" with me, I would question his manhood... The "guy code" isn't even a real thing.

If I were to have a date with a girl then I would definitely put more priority into that than hanging out with a bro. Ditching a girl would be really rude and the girl wouldn't understand but rather question my sexuality, however on the other hand, the bro would understand and reschedule us hanging out without being butthurt.

Maybe not question my sexuality, but she would definitely be angry.
