TIP #1:
Don't use Xbox Live or change your Xbox Live name to a different one. There are Xbox Live resolvers out there. I seen it on other forums.
TIP #2:
Don't use the same name on Xbox Live as your skype name. Make a new skype, a completely random username will help do the trick. Make skype search engineering not be able to find you.
TIP #3:
Block him, ignore him, quit modifying Call Of Duty, have a nice time on Xbox. If you can't do these 3 simple steps, then don't bother going on the Internet.
And if he boots you offline, restart your modem and most likely it will give you a new IP. Your router will give you the original IP, so might as well use the modem itself for the time being.
