The soul is a strange idea given how Human believe it just us who have one.
I do think they would have a soul all animals do in my eyes, that said not sure what a soul is.

Is a debate to be had would it being the same soul shared or a new one? New given how I doubt it transfers some people may be inclined to think that is not true.
Would need to define soul first before you could answer it.
Like what is a soul? how important is it? can you measure it?

The fact is we've already cloned some animals, and they too have acted normal.

By normal I mean , I'm assuming they have a soul as I do strongly believe every living organism has one.

Pretty much what Jango said in regards to souls, except the Ginger part, but I think that was more for comedic effect. There is no such thing as a soul, all you are the 100 billion or so neurons in the brain and the trillions of synapses being fired every second. These neurons (and the firing of these synapses) hold you're memories, your past experiences, and predisposition, that is all you are. The second something happens to an area of a brain that stores these memories (such as head injury, drug use, cancer, etc,) those memories are gone for good and in essence you are a different person because of it. (This is even the case for people with tumors in their brain in key positions that can actually alter their mood and thought.) All you are is your brain, there is no soul, and the second the ignorant religious can understand this notion, the better for all.
