So, I was browsing the internet and found a article that ask questions that most people have a hard time explaining. One questions that caught my eye was, “What would be the perfect city for you? What would it have and not have?” So, I got to thinking about what I like about cities I have been to and what I don’t like.

I grew up in a decent sized city in the Midwest United States, with a population of around 50,000 people, but over the last few years I have gotten the opportunity to take trips across the US by bus, car, and plane. I have seen many major cities on the East Coast and Southern US, but have yet to go West of St Louis.

A perfect city for me would need to have a pretty big population. I would say 1 Million people or more. I’ve been to cities like New York and Miami and loved the city’s atmosphere. I like the view of the big buildings and the ability to do a new thing everyday. One fact I loved about NYC is that you could go to a new restaurant each day for over 50 years. Most people might say they don’t want their city to have any crime, but I would need a little. I think crime helps keep people on their toes, but I wouldn’t want the murder rate too high.

I don’t want to go into too much detail on what a perfect city would be for me, because I want you to think about the question for yourself and see what you can come up with. What would be your perfect city?
