They are not rankings, you just get different *things* there when you reach certain rep, rankings would be like the medal i have beside my rep. If you buy Elite then you can put whatever you want there, as you can see i have 3 arrows.

No list has been posted, I do know is one rank once you rank 100 posts for everybody. Not sure if we're using a vb default list or what I never asked.
Maybe it time we update the user ranks for your user titles.
