Don't believe both have a wireless headset that out along with works is out yet.
Still support issues that need to be patched.
May be wrong, but it's a mixed message so far.

Doesn't meet your criteria, but Astro A40. I've had my pair for 5 years now and it literally works with everything. Even my thermometer.

Still early to say anything about this.
