So please, feel free to watch it and then discuss below whether you think the Police Officer did the correct thing and why.
He had a knife which is consider a "deadly weapon" and he was going to kill him with it. It would of been nice if he shot at a wall as a "warning" but most likely he could of just ran to the police officer and knife the crap out of him.
Also, I am not sure if the police asked the women to allow him into the house but most likely she did but who knows.
It all depends on the State laws... for instance, about the Florida Trayvon Martin case
I think the cop should of shot him in the leg, it would of most likely stopped him in his tracks instead of firing several bullets intending to kill him. But he did have an offensive weapon in his hands so.... its one of those situations.

According to the law the officer most likely did the right thing. Although it does depend on state laws too. But the suspect was coming at him with a knife even when the officer warned to put it down or he would shoot him.
It's sad that it had to come to this and yes the officer could of done different things to stop him, like taze him, but he most likely won't get any charges against him in a case like this. As he was just defending himself.
Also, most officers are trained to shoot center mass. The reason being is it's a lot easier to hit someone's chest rather than their leg. And if you shoot them center mass, it 99% of the time will stop them. I've seen several videos where people have been shot in the legs but they just bare the pain and keep running.

The guy riding a motor cycle was threaten to be killed with a gun so the officer saves him shooting him. You never know if that theft could of killed that guy when he runs away with the motor cycle. But laws are different in Brazil so who knows if this is rightful.
