(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well, I've been trying to lose weight since about 6th grade and I finally am getting pissed off. I currently weight 260lb and am about 6 feet tall and am 16 years old. It's time to make a change. I am fairly athletic and run about 1 mile a day. I lift weights every day and have been doing this since I was maybe 13. Nothing is working and I am getting pissed. I have a 10 minute mile time, I am on the tennis team. Nothing works. I literally am about to start dieting hardcore. I want to stay committed so I am going to post on this thread once a day. Will upload a pic tomorrow. Diet starts tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Good Luck bro, i lost 18lb in 3 months, i changed my diet complitelly ate more fiber, whole grain foods, fruit and vegetables and bunch of water and no soda. I walk 3 miles every day, i went from 190lb to 172lb and I'm 5ft11. Smaller healthy meals will get you there easy. We had the biggest looser competition at work so i signed up and i finished in the second place. Good luck once again.
