Good Luck bro, i lost 18lb in 3 months, i changed my diet complitelly ate more fiber, whole grain foods, fruit and vegetables and bunch of water and no soda. I walk 3 miles every day, i went from 190lb to 172lb and I'm 5ft11. Smaller healthy meals will get you there easy. We had the biggest looser competition at work so i signed up and i finished in the second place. Good luck once again.
