I understand if they ban you from online for cussing if it's an E rated game. But seriously, for playing COD? Which is already an M rated game and the Campaign has cursing in it..that's just ridiculous.

So they can ban people who cuss, but they can't ban modders who have racist comments, swear words all over the screen. People who take away game privileges from people etc.

The reason why I ask, is because this guy is a fucking idiot. The Xbox Enforcement Team can't ban you from title specific suspensions, only the games developer can, so blame Infinity Ward. However, the Enforcement Team CAN ban you from Xbox itself. If this guy where to be communication suspended on the Xbox One he would would have received a notice when he signed in, and wouldn't be able to send messages, chat, start, or join party's as well.

If this guy had any sense, he would know this. So, he can go right on ahead and "sell" his Xbox One and hop right on over to PS4, because if he does, and he plays Ghost on the PS4 and does the same thing (starts cussing on Multiplayer) guess what's going to happen? Yep, a Call of Duty Ghost Online ban.

So, in conclusion, Xbox is not taking your rights away, it's Infinity Ward.

I don't always have a good game I get pissed off by camper's who want to camp to get there Scorestreak and I cuss them out when I die for them to hear them say, "Stop being a pussy ass camper motherfucker" but they don't listen or care but I feel better when I say it.

This guy is retarded, stopped listening when he talks about freedom of speech. You waive your freedom of speech right when you agree to the terms of service whilst creating an account. If you don't like that then you don't have to create an account and participate in online gameplay.
