Should of bought your computer from Amazon or the big retails, they deliver fast.

I imagine if that's when it says it'll get there then it may take up to that long. Anytime I order something from anywhere though I usually get it a day or two before the estimated delivery date.

Shipping can be delayed for many reasons, Dell is pretty good from what I used.
If you got a tracking number that can be used to see how far away it is
