If they caught it early enough it will most likely be treated. Though he might not come out the same. It's a 50-50, best of wishes.

If you're only 14 and he is younger then you then there is a good chance that it has been caught in time and he will be ok.

My bro had a brain tumor back in third grade. He got surgery and lived, although he had a slight change in personality. Be prepared for the worst but hope for the best.
