The community isn't horrible, it's filled with more helpful people and it really improved over the years. Back then, people seen this site and just ask for lobbies and just disobey the rules. Now it's becoming better since more people come on this forum for getting news, learning tips and tricks, ask for help and look for the game they love and talk about it. If you really think I am just making all this up, take a step back a long time ago and think of how the environment was like.

What I said had nothing to do with forum activity. If you read what I said and read what what quoted, I was talking about the people in general and for the most part their shitty attitude towards other people. It's sad when someone who is suppose to be leading the community acts that way and people praise it.

It really does explain 90% of the behavior problems that occur in the shoutbox and forums in general.

Well, no one is truly perfect to be honest there. Every community out there has its flaws, and they will continue to do so. There just can't be such a thing as a flawless community, especially with such a huge user base. There are always a few members among the many that continue to be assholes. This doesn't mean that we have an overall poor community, I have seen many nice things come from this community myself, over the past few months alone :p. Let's not just jump to unnecessary conclusions, based only on the actions of certain individuals.

The most tragic event this past year is the loss of our dear friend Lovol. R.I.P

Well it would be a whole different story if it wasn't for the fact that nothing is done with the people who ruin it for the site. They are just allowed to run around. It's sad really. It only takes a few people to make the majority seem bad.

I've been around for at least a few years. I've seen some change but not much. The whole reason I barely came here to begin with was due to how shitty the people were here. Im not saying it hasn't gotten better but like I said before it doesn't take much to make the rest look bad.

Hell you have people who are staff / forum staff that flat out don't follow the rules and anytime you report that stuff nothing happens with it because the rules that exist only seem to affect anyone that doesn't have a colored name. Don't get me wrong I've seem people getting banned for the proper reason but I don't see people getting punished nearly as often as they should be and therefor act like assholes because they know nothing is going to happen to them.

I understand that the site needs to make money in order to stay afloat but having different rules for different people isn't the way to go with this.

- People are resistant to change
- Staff members come and go
- It's all about the money!

Not very active anymore but what I've noticed is that some sections are lacking in conversation while other sections are doing pretty well. I did do a search though a few days ago and the one thing I noticed is that they were stating that the bounce rate was pretty high meaning that users would click on the site then leave after a couple of minutes.

That's from their collected data, yours will show a more detailed report. Site isn't dead, site is far more active than a lot of forums I've ventured to, just not as crazed up as it was back with the MW2 modding which is what everyone continues to compare the site to... which was like 3 years ago.

Anyways, Hi.
