Presenting you guys a super noob friendly tutorial on how to make a (or mulitple) VCC's (virtual credit card) for free.

*USA ONLY*

What you require:

A cell phone apple(any apple), or any cell phone with play store(android market) on it, dont know about windows phone.

A laptop/pc

Tutorial:-

1.) Go to your smart phone.

2.) Go to app store or play store.

3.) Install pinger

4.) Make a new account (free, no charges)

5.) put your zip code where it ask's you to, make sure its a usa pin. If you dont know your pin or dont wanna put your pin there, Just type 93311 as the pin number.

6.) Select a number, any number (I always pick the number easiest to write)

7.) Once you have registered a number, Get on your pc

8.) Go to You must login or register to view this content.

9.) Once on the site click sign up.

10.) Once you are there, it will ask you to select your country & phone #

11.) For the country put "canada" (notice the front column of the Phone area changes into +1)

12.) Now enter your phone number that you registered earlier on pinger.

13.) Click the " I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions." box , then click next.

14.) After you click next fill in that thing, and click call me (you should recieve a call on your pinger in 30 sec)

15.) Answer the call, the guy (a bot, not a actuall person) will ask you to enter a 4 digit number after it makes the beep sound.

16.) Set your pin number to any 4 digits you will remember.

17.) Now again go to You must login or register to view this content. and this time go to the bottom of the screen
You must login or register to view this content. & enter your phone number again & the pin code you had just set up on the call.

18.) Click login, you will be asked to enter your information, do so.

After you have entered your info and proceed, your vcc will show up

That's it you are done

You can now enter that vcc info at paypal and be able to send money, or use it for other purposes.

And now you dont have to pay/beg peoples to make you one

This tutorial was meant to be elite only, but i realized that "nons" need it more than peoples who have elite already :p
