It's not going to make you deaf, it's not going to impact your hearing in your future life if it hasn't already. Don't get worked up about it. Was there damage? Technically speaking, yes, but keep in mind that ANY sound actually wears down the ear over time. So by damage I mean it's extraordinary microscopic and insignificant in nature. It's happened to me plenty of times and I still hear exceptionally well. You have nothing to panic over. You probably do more damage while listening to music with headphones on (even at normal volume) than a one second scream into your ear.
Just adding to what you said, depending on how old you are there is nothing to worry about, you may hear a little ringing, buzzing, high pitched noise, or even sounds like wind, that will be tinnitus, it's were the hairs in your ear have moved or are vibrating differently, nothing to worry about until it becomes deafening which happens when you get older, and your doctor can sometimes repair that.
So don't panic.
