(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Today I received a speeding ticket in a school zone of 30mph. The officer claimed i was going 42, but i was positive i was doing maybe 33. I know it for a fact because we get out of school for golf 5 minutes before the school zone ends, which is at 3:10 and the officer has pulled over 90% of our team for speeding in a school zone. Therefore we are all very cautious when we leave because he hides everyday and gets one of us. Anyway, He has another person pulled over as i passed by him. It was 3:08 and i was very close to being out of the school zone outside. I looked back and he weaved around cars and flipped his lights on. He wrote me the ticket for 42 and i asked to see the radar, he said that it goes to 0 after he stops so he couldnt show me my speed. I feel like there are way too many off variables here to not fight the ticket... what should/can i do? Im 17 and it was my very first time being pulled over. I also live in Texas! Some advice would be great...
