Nothing hurts me unless I touch it lol. I remember one time I fell off my scooter from a hill and didn't feel pain until I touched it. I guess it's how bacteria on your hand goes to the blood which pathogens are attacked causing a sting.

When I saw this title I thought someone actually legit stabbed you and some how you just didn't feel it at all haha. Well I have been stabbed before but you better bet I felt it. It was by a razor sharp knife during a drug deal. Kid came up behind me and stabbed me in the back of the leg. He did this to rob me of my product. Now obviously he could have just stabbed me anywhere else and kill me but I am guessing he thought killing me or severely injuring me would not be a good idea.

Broken a couple of bones first of all no pain, but after 5mins you get some pain.
Hard not to notice a broken bone when it in the wrong place.
If you're doing sports it dulls the pain.

Smashed my two front teeth out and tore my lip in half. Only felt the impact but had no pain.

I freaked out though when I saw the blood gushing from my mouth! There is a video of it on YouTube

When I broke my arm, I was on the ground and I everything was fine. I didn't even know it was broken until I stood up and saw my bone was in the wrong place , then the pain kicked in.

Got ran over last year, woke up in the hospital and felt fine until I moved my left arm. I noticed a sling on it, and then later found it I had a dislocated shoulder.
