Hardest part about driving is resisting the urge to flip off stupid fucks who can't drive worth shit.
On a serious note tho, paying attention to my surroundings was probably my biggest problem. In the beginning there where often times where I didn't see what I should have seen and that resulted in a few "near misses". :p
Easiest? Meh, probably the basics. Work the clutch and gas, get to know the grab points of all three pedals, steer and keep the car on the road. Driving isn't science and with a bit of practice it works out great!
