Would you like to see 720P 60fps on console over 1080P 30fps
I'm curious what your views are about this whole thing.

Well this the main problem that the next gen has they are low power consoles compared to last gens Where they where as powerful as a moderate Gaming PC. They also sold them for a loss, current consoles are low power cheaper options sold for a profit. The second issue is they boasted the 1080p 60fps when they simply don't have the power to get that in AAA titles. I think they should go with 1080p>60fps because if you want smoothness you should have a PC because other then graphics that's the big difference

Frames over quality of image. If you want both you have to go with the master race/ aka PC

I've never really cared for Frame Rate, though I've never really played a game for any duration at 60fps only used 30 on console, only time I honestly care about frame rate is when it's sub 30 like Blight Town in Dark Souls, that whole fucking area was made ten times worse just because of the bad frame rate. I think I'd honestly rather just see 720p 60 fps, Graphics on most games esspecially on consoles are pretty shit, so they might as well drop the resolution and just increase the framerate to make the gameplay experience better.

Well when your framerate takes a dive from 30 to 20 have fun trying to enjoy that gameplay.

Realistically for me it's always been frame rate and being able to do 1080. That's why I went with the better option because let's face it. Consoles aren't going to be able to do that at least not for a while. They have to keep their prices down in order to be competitive and you just aren't going to get that kind of performance out of a pre-built system like that.

I do find it funny how they were all like oh yea 1080p and 60 FPS and I don't believe a game has come out on the console were both of those were true. At least true in a sense where the frames don't drop to the point where the game might as well be a slideshow.

Frames with the bonus of 1080P is why I want to move to PC mixed with not that many titles on console I want to play right now.
When a game starts to drop to 20 or lower it just annoying.
I find it sad that we not had 720P and 60fps with 1080P 30ps option come to console but yea.
