Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So a few months ago i signed up for a recuiting agency and they gave me work in a factory making cheese.. one day i was took to go on a machine that presses blocks of cheese and wasnt really given any trainning on how to use it and how not to.. there was no safety guards the pallet that put pressure on the cheese block was unstable so it was awkward to line them up. I put one block in to put pressure on them so there was room and next thing the block came out and smaked me in the mouth split the top of the inside of my mouth open bent one of my teeth back.. never called me back to work there again.. just wondering is there any point of me trying to claim?

Need to seek legit advice and have proof. Not following health and safety laws is a serious thing.
You could do if they have proof it just depends how strong your health and safety laws are.

But don't be that dude who tries to become a millionaire suing. You'll lose, there's only so much that you can sue for that's reasonable in this case. (lost of wages) do you have scaring? It could be emotional plea possibly. Also with no training and no safe guards i'd say go for it.

No scaring no but one of of teeth is bent back and when i speak at times it comes out fu*ked up lol

Gooluck with that. When you go through an agency you have to fill out some paper work. 9/10 somewhere in that stack of papers you filled out was some language that protects them and the place you are being placed to from work related injuries since you are a temp. You can try but I am almost positive they have their bases covered.

im ust going to ignore all the comments and tell you to make shure you read your workplaces terms and conditions of employment (we have them in Australia not shure about elsewhere) because it may state in there that it isn't mandatory for them to provide training although you should of been taught. but if it says anywhere that they would supply training and they haven't resulting in your injury you can sue them.

But it's not required. If an agency doesn't have some form of that in their paper work they are doing something wrong.
